We are thrilled to announce that Allyson Felix, the most decorated U.S. track and field Olympian, entrepreneur, and gender equity advocate, will headline Unleashed 2025. The evening will also serve as the official debut of our new President & CEO, Kimberly L. Jackson. With more than two decades of civic and corporate leadership, Kimberly is already shaping a bold new vision for Women’s Foundation of Alabama—and you’ll be among the first to hear it.

Funds raised at Unleashed will fuel critical research, policy advocacy, and groundbreaking philanthropic efforts that empower women across Alabama. Through grantmaking, we’ve invested over $11 million in 46+ counties, supporting organizations on the frontlines of change. Our investments in initiatives like women-owned child care centers are already making a difference in communities with dire needs. And we’re pushing forward with an ambitious goal: moving 10,000 women into the workforce by 2027.
