This unforgettable evening will open a new chapter in our movement - and you'll be at the center of it. The evening will serve as the official debut of our new President & CEO, Kimberly L. Jackson. With more than two decades of civic and corporate leadership, Kimberly is already shaping a bold new vision for Women’s Foundation of Alabama—and you’ll be among the first to hear it.
Together, we’ll celebrate the impact your investment has made and ignite what’s next.

Alabama ranks 49th in the nation for women in the workforce. Right now, 80,000 women are missing from the economy—leaving $12 billion in growth on the table. Together, we can unlock it.
Funds raised at Unleashed will fuel critical research, policy advocacy, and groundbreaking philanthropic efforts that empower women across Alabama. Through grantmaking, we’ve invested over $11 million in 46+ counties, supporting organizations on the frontlines of change. Our investments in initiatives like women-owned child care centers are already making a difference in communities with dire needs. And we’re pushing forward with an ambitious goal: moving 10,000 women into the workforce by 2027.
